October Meeting featuring David Sellars, and Members' Plant Sale

Oct 18, 2015 - 12:30pm - 4:00pm

Following David's talk, Anna Leggatt will present "Monarch, Mountains - Mexico!" as part of the Members Showcase series.

Bring your mug and a friend. Enjoy the plant sale. Think about bringing a plant to donate!

We have been given a large quantity of fresh nuts from Carya ovata (Shagbark Hickory). They have already been tested to ensure that there are no empty shells. Read about this native tree.  The nuts will be available free of charge to anyone attending the meeting. Bring your own bag and take a handful. Our earlier announcement stating that Quercus macrocarpa nuts would be available was an error.

If you plan to be away over the next 3 months, we'd appreciate receiving your membership renewal for 2016 before you go. To assist in the process, please bring us a completed membership renewal application and a written summary of any changes you would like to have made to your garden listing in the handbook. Scroll lower on this page to download the form.
