Plant Hunting in China

Bill McNamara
Bill McNamara has travelled extensively to see plants in their natural habitat throughout the wilds of Asia. Working closely with local botanists, Bill and his colleagues pursue their mutual goals of research and conservation. The collections at Quarry Hill Botanical Garden attest to his efforts to preserve much of what he has found. Bill will share some of his adventures and his discoveries with us.
