"Journal" this month

Our newsletter, "Journal", is published 10 times a year and is available only to members of the Ontario Rock Garden & Hardy Plant Society. Brief excerpts from the most recent issue are posted here each month. We regret that privacy concerns prevent us from posting the whole newsletter.

The April issue features an article by Barb Lee, a co-editor of this newsletter. She wrote about at the mechanisms which support survival of winter-blooming species. Anna Leggatt contributed information on the Big Bug Hunt, an Internet program tracking insects throughout the world. As well, Mary Ann Robinson drew our attention to the "Daisies" postal stamps used to mail our printed newsletters.

You can expect to receive the electronic version of the May issue by the end of the Victoria Day weekend. Mailed copies will go out shortly after that.  Any missing issue may have been caught in your spam filter. If you can't find it, info [at] onrockgarden [dot] com (subject: missing%20newsletter) (contact us) for a replacement copy.
