Liz Knowles
Bio:
Liz Knowles has been gardening in the Hockley Valley for 36 years. During that time, she and husband George have developed several perennial beds and rock gardens, two ornamental ponds, a large grass garden, woodland gardens and assorted shrub borders. For the last 15 years she has been travelling to remote places to see and photograph wildflowers, destinations include: Sichuan and Yunnan in China, Bhutan, Western Australia, New Zealand, the Zagros mountains and Golestan in Iran, Israel, Turkey, Greece and Crete, Cyprus, Corsica and the Pyrenees, Argentina and Chile.
