Jamie Ellison will talk about rhododendrons which are one of the most exotic groups of ornamentals one can grow in their garden. This presentation will speak about the challenges and successes of growing Rhododendrons in eastern Canada. The lecture will look briefly at the history and breeding of this spectacular group in Nova Scotia while profiling some of the impressive collections and plant selections growing in the province that are suitable for woodland and rock gardens.
