You should expect to receive an official email message from ORG&HPS immediately after you join to activate your website account. Emails will come to you at least once a month between September and June. Please contact info@onrockgarden.com if you are not receiving these.
This fee covers a household membership for the applicant and others who live at the same address until December 31st.
When you're logged in, the renew button will be available when it's time to renew your membership. If your membership ends at the end of the current year you can renew anytime after October 1st.

To renew your membership, you must log in with your user name and password. If you have trouble doing this, contact info@onrockgarden.com.
You will be able to renew your membership after October 1 of the year your membership expires.
Once you are logged in, there are two ways to renew your membership.
You may update your user profile at any time and see the status of your membership.
*Note: Student memberships are not renewable.*
