Bio: Inspired by the early plant explorers, Bill McNamara has botanized extensively in the wilds of Asia in order to discover plants for research and conservation.
In 1987, Bill joined Quarry Hill Botanical Garden, a private research garden, where he was made executive director in 2007. He has received numerous awards over the years for his contribution to horticulture and research.
